Returns

For health and hygiene reasons, we DO NOT accept returns of used perfumes and/or opened cosmetic products. To help you make the right choice, we offer a very accessible TRY&BUY option, allowing you to order a sample of any desired fragrance for just €2.9.

We do not accept returns of the following products:

  • Products that have been damaged by the customer.
  • Returns that are not sufficiently stamped.
  • Products that have been custom-made according to the customer’s specifications.
  • Sample(s) / Discovery Set.

Please note that if you return a product from one of the above categories, no refund will be issued.

Return Conditions

  • Product Condition: Returns are only accepted if the product is in perfect condition, sealed, and returned in its original packaging. Opened, used, or unsealed products will not be refunded.
  • Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 calendar days, starting from the date of receipt.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The cost of returning the item from your home to our online store is at your own expense.
  • Limitation of Return Rights: We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of negligent or bad-faith behavior, such as repeatedly returning entire orders or more than three consecutive orders. These decisions are carefully evaluated to maintain the integrity of our commercial policy.
  • Return Risk: Returns are at the buyer’s risk. Cocomora is not responsible for damage or loss of returned items. Make sure to request a Track & Trace code at the post office and keep it safe. We do not accept damaged packages.

Refund

Once the returned goods have arrived at our warehouse and have been inspected by our team, the refund process will begin. We aim to process the refund as quickly as possible. The full purchase amount, including any paid shipping costs, will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days after receiving the return, to the original payment method.
